Remember Me
(2009)
Director: |
Alyssa Barber |
Composed by: |
Jamie Christopherson and Rob Richards |
Composer Notes:
This animated short film was definitely one of my favorite scores to work on. The director specifically wanted a quirky, 1930's jazz sound so I put together a 7 piece jazz band. We performed all of the music together in a small studio without click track to achieve a more organic and spontaneous sound.
The director was also a fan of the mighty Wurlitzer organ, so I contacted the best player in town, Rob Richards. Rob also contributed a few jazz tracks to the score.
