Jack Hunter: Lost Treasure of Ugarit
(2009)
Director: |
Terry Cunningham |
Producers: |
George Shemieh, Osama Bastaki |
Exec. Producers: |
William McAbian, Chevonne O'Shaughnessy |
Composer Notes:
The Jack Hunter trilogy was a lot of fun to write for. Horse chases, ancient relics, massive explosions, love triangles, and a laser beam fight on a valcano!
I composed all three movies at once (about 250 minutes of music) in a very short time frame, so that was an adventure in itself. While the films take place in the Middle East, the main character Jack Hunter is all American and deserved a masculine theme often played by electric guitar, modern percussion and orchestra.
